Who: Shizuru, Taue.
Where: Outside Sugi Dorm.
When: Saturday, April 8.
What: Chatting about the city.

Technically, this was a first for Shizuru only because she'd never really been anywhere with dorms before. If she had, no doubt she'd have visited the boys' dorm at some point. But a first it was--not that it was terribly interesting, considering that they weren't going to let her beyond the lobby.

Technically she could've gone up the fire escape or something, and she was half-tempted to just to spite the kid manning the office. But she was actually here for a reason. Though it seemed that she'd beaten the person she was going to meet back from dinner...

Shizuru had in fact beaten Taue, but only by a couple of minutes. The taller boy returned a few moments later, still in the Chitoku uniform, bowing his head quickly in mild apology.

"Sorry about that," he said. "Katsu night. First thing I've had that's mostly edible so I had to stock up. Soo, what do you want to know?"

Conspiratorially, he leaned closer to the smaller girl. "The legit stuff, or the stuff that you don't hear about in the Chitoku orientation?"

Taue smiled thinly. The stress he was under was rapidly making the information he was about to pass on to Shizuru somewhat...necessary, at least for his own purposes.

"Chuo ward's where most of the fun's at. Motomachi has a Chinatown that's been steadily losing business because of the government hearkening back to the days of Greater East-Asian Co-Prosperity. People don't care, so the police presence isn't as high. You can find people to make you an ID if you want. A good one -- printed on tech stolen from the government, too."

The smile he gave her was conspiratory, and he chuckled under his breath.

"That gets you in almost anywhere -- you look a little young, though, so you probably want to avoid the bigger, better known places. Which is fine, they're mostly expensive and boring anyway. You want smaller places, generally - Club Escapade in Meriken Park's touristy, but doesn't check IDs so regularly. I usually end up at Paradise Found or Tatemae in Chuo -- the latter's a crossdressing bar, but you don't have to. It's good for people watching, and the booze is cheap."

He took a deep breath, and shrugged. "Anything else, captain?"
