Discovery (Event)
Who: Persona-users, Sayuri, ensemble NPC cast.
Where: Various.
When: Saturday, May 6, homeroom.
What: Something isn't right.
The Friday after Golden Week had come and gone without much fanfare. Things had rapidly returned to normal, save for some chatter about students' various adventures over the holiday.
Starting out, Saturday looked to be much the same, by and large. Students in 1-ho, 2-ni, and 3-ha might have thought it odd that they had substitute teachers for homeroom, particularly given that their regular teachers been present the previous day, but most shrugged it off without a second thought.
Snuck into the homeroom announcements was another blink-and-you'll-miss-it peculiarity: members of the Critical Thinking class were to report to the auditorium at the end of homeroom for a mandatory guest lecture.
Such events weren't unheard of; Chitoku's brochures had even mentioned them as a selling point. To the student body at large, this was simply the first thus far.
No doubt the students being called knew better.

Re: Other world investigation
In the relative quiet, he was able to stare at the structure in the distance and wonder if Miyume was there. There was a confused look on his face as he tried to deal with all his emotions at once. But all he said was, "Fine," and his Evoker plunged downwards into his stomach, where it was painful simply to think of pulling it out.
He was struggling, but his Persona came, forcing its way into the world to circle its body around him tightly, like a ball puffed with air. He directed its gaze outward, always remembering his experience from the last time he'd been told to 'do any better'.
Then he began searching with his eye. Shadows were lurking all around! He learned from Varsavarti, and when he saw through his Persona's eyes he saw where they walked, slow and cautious. He had no doubt that every nook, every hole had been seen and wanted to study them so much that he spent some time hovering overhead.
He took notice of the sight in front of him and relayed it back to the group, "They don't seem interested, really." He sort of lost his usual verboseness, because where Miyume was was much less obvious than that. The tiny outline of her figure was somewhere so near yet beyond his sight. He turned this way and that, with his eyes beginning to fix on the scientists at his back, back at the laboratory, and closer yet in the other direction. "... Hmmm."
